Mandi Pickett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Colorado Denver.

Mandi Pickett enjoys teaching in the primary grades and is excited to be part of the Big Sky PK-8 community. Mandi grew up in the Mead community and loves teaching within it. She has been teaching since 2020 and is passionate about building strong relationships with students and their families. She loves watching students grow, gain confidence, and succeed in the classroom. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment is at the heart of her teaching.

When Mandi is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Gunner, and little girl, Katie. You can often find her outdoors – hiking, fly fishing, or walking her dog, Finn, while exploring Colorado’s beautiful scenery.
